"BAIT AND SWITCH!"
I found a book I needed for class for a really good price. After ordering, I waited a week and contacted them to see why my card had not been charged. I logged in and found that they had canceled my order but didn't tell me they had done it. I emailed them and they told me that they made a mistake and the real price was much higher. BAIT AND SWITCH! Stay away from this store. |

Basically there is no service whatsoever. The book order was placed a week ago but no status update was available other than some automatic message. The customer service never replied to my status inquiry. Simple waste of time and possibly money. I am trying to cancel the order. They should expect an official complaint from me via NY state if they charge me anything on my credit card. |

"Worst experience ever! I first found this site and was excited because of their lower prices - however, if it seems too good to be true then it is. I placed my order with them, and as I wanted to send the book as a gift, I had a different shipping and billing address. They emailed me the next day saying that this was a problem, so I'd need to provide a copy of my credit card or place my payment through paypal. So I sent my payment through paypal thinking that it was probably the speedier... |

Avoid this company! Yes their prices are good but you may not receive your goods for a long time. I bought a book from the UK site and after a wait of 6 days I tried to contact them via the website only to find it was closed and I was redirected to their USA site. I got a reply telling me that my book had been dispatched and was assured it would be received within 3 to 4 business days. 8 days later still no book and this time BOTH of their websites were down. Next day the sites were. |

"Good source for books"
PrintsAsia.com is a great source for ordering rare/hard to find books from Asia. They have a very exhaustive collection. The shipping is also not very much considering that they are shipping books from half way across the world and that too in time.My only complaint is that the publishers catalog is not updated frequently. All the books I have ordered have been delivered in their situplated time - well packaged. Keep in mind the some books are coming from different country so it takes time to get them here - still they are able to do that in decent time. I will keep buying from them..."
