Great online book seller, excellent customer service
It's a great website to buy books.Shipping is a lot cheaper compared to other major booksellers like Amazon.com.For eg: if you order 4 or 5 books of light weight , the shipping is usually $12 flat, ofcourse it all depends on how much the books weigh.i guess the amazon.com would charge for shipping like $ 30 or $ 40 for the same books. You can find books on a variety of subjects. I buy books on Indian classical music, Amazon doesn't have as many books available on the subject. I am so happy that I found Printsasia.com. For the amount of money I would have paid for shipping charges to other online booksellers, I am spending that money on books.Amazon, here is a lesson for you to learn... |

These people are a rip off
I ordered a book through this company back on 5-31-13 & it wasn't until AFTER I sent an email on 6-10-13 that they shipped it on 6-11-13. This book was SUPPOSED to be a Father's Day gift & now it won't arrive until 6-17-13. I WILL NEVER order through this company again!! |

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This "company" has the most terrible customer service there known to me. I ordered the item almost 2 weeks ago and haven't even gotten an email telling me they received my order and are processing it. There is no phone number to call and they have no customer service surveys we can fill-out to express our concerns. I used the live chat option and the representatives there are the rudest people I ever had to deal with. Perhaps this is due to them knowing they will not be held responsible for being rude to customers. This is my first (AND LAST) order I ever place with them. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! FIND SOMEONE ELSE! |

I am ordering books from Printsasia for over 2 years and have been very satisfied with their service and overall customer response. I'm also very impressed with "online chat" that helps to resolve billing issues or finding out availability of books, and so on. By adding shipping cost to the pricing they have made free shipping which is an added feature that I like. I wish they could add the feature "Wish list" so that we can then order books as and when we like. Their collection of books especially related to indology and indic studies is highly commendable. I have been able to purchase some books that are difficult to get otherwise. Keep up the good work. Have strongly recommended this website to all kith and kin. |

Best Prices out there
While it can sometimes take several weeks for books to arrive, the prices on the books I've ordered are so amazingly good that I really don't mind the wait at all. And in some cases, the books aren't even available from anywhere else in this country. I would have to order them from India at a much higher price. |

super late shipping.
I had to write two emails asking where my book was. I also suggested they send it expedited since it was so late. They replied to the second email, saying the book was at some other warehouse. They said it would be expedited once it reached once it arrived in NY. Why not send it from the other place? A few bucks isn't worth the time I put into this purchase. Also, what kind of legit company doesn't have a contact phone number? |

Late shipping and hiding the truth
I have ordered 24 books on 10-Jun-13 and they have updated the information that my order has been shipped on 12-Jun-13. I didn't receive tracking number so I have contacted the Printsasia support on June 18 and they have mentioned that my order has been shipped already on 12-June and there is a tracking problem but I'll receive it within 10 days. When I received my package on 24-June, there were a label that my order has been shipped on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 10:26 AM. So they didn't make the order until I complained. I had to start the summer camp without the books because I didn't except that shipping the books from NY or NJ to Vermont will take 14 days and there is no information on their website on how long will it take. With our school we used to deal with many online book stores with orders over $1000 and we never had similar problems. I'll never deal with Printsasia again because they are not honest. |

Great for buying books
The website is great for buying books. The shipping is cheap comapared to Amazon.com. Their customer service is fantastic. Everytimg I have contacted them, they have got back me to within 24 hours.It's like getting personal attention. Only thing I would like them to change is, they should have all books in stock which are listed on their website. They can give a very tough time to other major book selling websites. Printasia.com is amazing for purchasing textbooks! You really cannot find cheaper prices anywhere. I've made several purchases from them now, and they have all been great. I do wish delivery occurred a bit faster, but that has more to do with not knowing what book I had to order until a week before class started. Great alternate option and free shipping
I received my book and was very happy with the friendly staff who kept me informed of the status of the shipment of my book. Had a great offer with free shipping on a very affordable book from an industry that I follow and was able to find it through the international materials made available for this rare find and looking forward to other publications. The shipment status was not available but still arrived at a reasonable time within a week or two. I would have liked to have an idea of the process which kept me waiting but it ended being on time. |

I ordered a couple books which were hard to find in places other than India. I was hesitant to order from those places and went with Printasia.com. Excellent book at an excellent price
A very clear approach to synthesis planning, at an extremely affordable price. It compares well with books published in the US or UK,and at a fraction of the cost. My only "complaint" would be that I wish that it were hardback rather than paperback. Delivery was fast and customer service was very courteous throughout the process. |

I bought Health in Your Hands Volume 1 & 2 by Devendra Vora about Indian Acupressure and how to use it. Devendra Vora taught a course "12 Hours to be a Doctor" and these books were what was taught. If no Doctor is available then these two books are life savers, a need in case of emergency, unrest or injury. You better be ready to accept whatever you get in the mail, because they don't offer replacements, at all. I received a five book boxed set, (without the box it was supposed to come in), shipped in nothing more than a single layer of bubble wrap and a piece of paper with an advertisement for cheesy garlic bread sticks on the back. Website is not very search friendly unless you know the exact title you are looking for. Then its a matter if the item is even in stock. There are many items listed that are listed as not available. Credit card info was stored with all the numbers shown. I think that is a bit unsafe in case I leave myself logged into the website on accident and do prefer how amazon only shows the last 4 digits of the card. But if you do find items in stock, they are usually very competitively priced.... |

I purchased 2 books, (1) the Washington University "Manual of Medical Therapeutics" and (2) the Washington Manual Survival Guide Series "Psychiatric Survival Guide Series". This order was placed using the lowest bid online Internet vender. Making the purchase was easy. There was no person-to-person contact. It took a long time to receive the books which were eventually sent using basic cross-country shipping. It doesn't have a bibliography!
I don't complain about the un-updated that is the book. I can bear it. But what I can't bear is that the book doesn't have bibliography! Usually, books that I purchase is for reviewing the bibliography, in order that I can search for the sources that the author cites. But in this case, publisher have omitted to include the bibliography in every chapter, or at least, a general bibliography of the entire book. Is not fault of the author. He cites a lot of sources.
